Andrea is passionate about seeing people reach their potential by identifying unhealthy thoughts and beliefs that often cause emotional distress in day-to-day life. She has
a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and is currently working toward her Education Specialist degree in Community Counseling. Andrea has experience applying Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) when working with patients dealing with anxiety, depression, and addiction. One of the most interesting things she’s learned during her time working with clients is that “it’s okay not to be okay.” In her personal time, Andrea enjoys eating pickles and watching episodes of Hawaii Five-0.
