Cancellations and Fees

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment you are expected to notify your therapist at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Unforeseen emergencies will sometimes arise but voluntary irregularity, or a failure to cancel within 24 hours, may result in a charge for missed appointments or termination of services.
